  • Color and Visuals: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Order Limits: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Cash on Delivery (COD) Information

  • Verification Procedure: Because we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the United Arab Emirates, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store. You agree to provide a valid, active UAE phone number.

  • Order Confirmation: Our automated system or fulfillment partner (Zambeel) will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and availability before dispatching the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the provided phone number is unreachable or invalid.

  • Refusal of COD: Repeatedly refusing to accept confirmed Cash on Delivery shipments at the doorstep may result in the permanent blacklisting of your details from purchasing across our network in the future.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
